We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal securely over the internet.  If you prefer, we also accept wire transfers, personal checks, and cashier's checks or money orders, please contact us for details on our various payment methods.

Credit card orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's AVS verified billing address. Checks, cashier's checks, and money orders must be sent in advance and require up to 28 days to clear. Shipping And Handling Most items are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise indicated. Pro-Mix currently does not ship outside of the United States. If you have questions regarding shipping or handling, please call (847) 797-9404.

Delivery Schedule Most orders are processed the same day. Orders processed before 1:00 pm CST Monday through Friday will normally ship the same day. Orders processed Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order the item for you. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges Illinois 8.75% state sales tax is required on all purchases made by Illinois customers and shipped within the state of Illinois. All other state and local taxes as well as use taxes are the responsibility of the individual purchaser.

Credit Card Security Card numbers are securely encrypted with a rotating key for security.

Guarantee Unopened merchandise may be returned freight prepaid within 10 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping charges. Damaged items may be returned within 10 days for exchange or refund. Opened merchandise (except music or software) may be returned within 10 days for store credit only and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. No returns on opened music or software. Defective music or software will be exchanged for exact item only. All other sales are final. All Bargains, Used Items, Specials, and Clearance items are marked "All Sales Final"
